• Account: phone number, display name, language, currency, and location preferences
• Listings: ad content, photos, targeted cities, and contact details you provide
• Payments: Stripe transaction metadata (we do not store full card numbers)
• Usage: device/browser data, approximate location for suggestions, and product analytics

• Provide login via SMS OTP and secure sessions
• Publish and moderate listings; apply watermarks
• Send transactional SMS/Push (approvals, alerts, chat)
• Process EUR fees and promotions through Stripe
• Improve search, safety, and prevent fraud/abuse

You can control SMS and Push preferences in Account → Settings. OTP and critical security messages may still be required for account access.

We use essential cookies/local storage for session, language, and location preferences. Analytics cookies (if enabled) will be disclosed and controllable where required by law.

We share data with processors needed to run GCList (SMS gateways, Stripe, cloud hosting, push providers). We do not sell your personal data. Store public profiles and listings are visible to other users by design.

We retain account and listing data while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and accounting purposes. Subject to local law, you may request access, correction, or deletion via support.
