Terms of Service

By creating an account or using GCList, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Access is primarily via phone OTP verification. You are responsible for activity under your number. Keep your device secure and do not share OTP codes.

Roles (User, Store Owner, Ads Admin, Admin) determine what actions you can perform. Misuse may result in suspension.

You must post accurate information and lawful content. Ads may be approved, rejected with notes, or removed by moderators. Public listing images may be watermarked after approval.

You grant GCList a license to host and display your listing content for operating the marketplace.

Some categories require a posting fee. Promote and bump products increase visibility for a fixed duration. Fees are configured by admins and charged in EUR through Stripe unless stated otherwise.

Paid visibility does not guarantee a sale. Refunds follow Stripe and GCList support policies for failed or duplicate charges.

Store upgrades require verification. Store owners are responsible for staff actions, lead handling, and compliance with local advertising and consumer rules.

GCList connects buyers and sellers. Unless explicitly stated, we are not a party to the vehicle or property purchase contract and do not escrow the full purchase price in MVP.

Follow the Safety Center guidance. Report fraud promptly.

• Illegal goods, stolen vehicles, or false ownership claims
• Spam, scraping, or automated abuse of the platform
• Harassment, discrimination, or malware distribution
• Circumventing fees, watermarks, or moderation controls

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, GCList is not liable for disputes between users, listing accuracy, or offline transactions. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable GCC local laws.
